LOCATION

Through this plot, we’re engaging with high school students from the San Gabriel Valley, east of LA to develop a new Test Plot at the Workman Mill Road Staging Area. The plot will trial planting and land management strategies for the future Puente Hills Regional Park. Our partners include Studio-MLA and Youth@Work (YAW), a workforce development program for San Gabriel Valley youth in the Basset and Hacienda-La Puente Unified School Districts. The work is supported by Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation and the Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity.
